Lennard gorges et Bells gorges!!!!!!!!

 

We are since two days on the Gibb River Road (Kimberley), we go trough lots of rivers where there are maybe crocodiles. But now, our occupation is to visit gorges, we've already been in a couple of them but we're gonna go to the best one juste after Lennard gorge...

At the gorge we just walked a few minutes trough the bush, we crossed a river and we arrived above an awesome waterfall with a beautiful view on the gorge. As there was a place to go below the waterfall we had a great and cold shower...

 

After that little walk, we went to Bells gorge, it took an hour to go there and when we arrived it was the "lunch time" so we ate something and we walked into the gorge. As the other one there were rivers, but bigger so we got wet very quickly. After we passed over the hill we saw a huge pool with an amazing waterfall, we didn't wait to have a swim. Every times we go to gorges i look for a place where we could jump or just have fun, and this time it was the best...

There was a place where we could jump, one where we could slide and another where there was a pretty high jump!!!!!!! That was sick...

We really had a great time and the place was gorgeous but if there were crocodiles it would not be like that, fortunately there are no crocs in gorges, normally...: )

We drove still a bit cause we wanted to put up the tent in a camping where there were showers and on the track we saw a "black head python"...

 

It was actually pretty big, like, 2 meters. The firs one that we saw, was dead on the road so i was glad to see one alive!!!!

 

In the evening Jolan and me did two hours working, we did the dictation that Jolan lost again :) and we finally played cards with friends after a delightful diner!!!!
